Rallysh Privacy Policy

Rallysh is a tennis community app that lets players create profiles, record and approve match results, maintain rankings, share court photos, and interact with match posts. This policy explains how Rallysh collects, uses, shares, stores, and protects personal information.

1. Information we collect

• Account and profile information: name, email address, date of birth, gender, city, optional phone number, and optional profile photo.
• Match and ranking information: players, scores, match format, approval or decline status, ranking changes, court/venue details, and timestamps.
• User content: court photos, comments, likes, reports, and block-list choices.
• Device and technical information: information necessary to authenticate you, maintain your session, protect the service, and diagnose failures.
• Location: approximate location only when you grant location permission and use venue/location features.

2. How we use information

We use information to operate Rallysh: create and secure accounts, show profiles and rankings, record and approve matches, provide city-based court suggestions, display community content, respond to support requests, enforce the Community Guidelines, investigate reports, prevent abuse, and improve reliability.

3. Community content and visibility

Approved match posts, court photos, scores, comments, likes, player names, and venue information may be visible to other Rallysh users in the relevant player network or feed. Do not upload content that you do not have the right to share. You can report content or block a user from the app. Blocked users’ posts and comments are hidden from you and they cannot interact with you through Rallysh features.

4. Photos, camera, and location permissions

Photo-library and camera access are optional and are used only to let you choose or capture profile and court photos. Location access is optional and is used only to help tag a court or venue. You can decline or revoke these permissions in device settings; some related features may then be unavailable.

5. Service providers and sharing

We do not sell personal information. Rallysh uses Firebase services provided by Google for authentication, cloud database storage, cloud file storage, and server-side functions. These providers process information only as needed to operate and secure Rallysh. We may disclose information when required by law, to protect users or the public, or to investigate fraud, abuse, or violations of our terms.

6. Content moderation

Rallysh uses report, block, and moderation tools to help keep the community safe. Court photos may be checked against Community Guidelines before appearing in the feed. Reports are available to authorized administrators for review. We may remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts, or retain limited information where necessary to respond to abuse, enforce our agreements, or meet legal obligations.

7. Data retention and account deletion

We retain information for as long as necessary to provide Rallysh and meet legal, security, and operational obligations. You can permanently delete your account inside the app through Profile → Account Settings → Delete Account. This deletes your Firebase sign-in account, profile, profile photo, court and match photos, authored posts, comments, likes, match/approval data, and other personal data held for the account, except information we must retain for legal, fraud-prevention, or dispute-resolution reasons.

8. Your choices and rights

You may review and update your phone number and city in Profile. You may control optional device permissions, block or unblock users, report content, sign out, and delete your account in the app. To ask a privacy question or request assistance, email lythood1@gmail.com.

9. Children

Rallysh is not directed to children under 13. Do not use Rallysh if you are under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information without appropriate consent, contact us so we can investigate and delete it where appropriate.

10. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so please use a unique password and keep your device and account credentials secure.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as Rallysh changes or legal requirements evolve. We will publish the updated version here and revise the effective date. Continued use of Rallysh after an update means you acknowledge the revised policy.
